About Doss
DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world. We deliver a modern, AI-native platform that helps physical product businesses manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data across procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. Purpose-built to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid, consultant-heavy ERP implementations, DOSS delivers fast time-to-value and stays adaptable as a business evolves. Through our Adaptive Resource Platform (ARP) and unified operational data model, teams can deploy quickly, automate workflows, and make changes without months of re-implementation. We recently raised a $55M Series B co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest, with participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Pathlight VC. DOSS is trusted by fast-growing operators to run critical operations with speed, control, and confidence.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Brand Designer to own how DOSS looks and feels, and shows up in the market. We’re looking for someone with strong visual taste who can move seamlessly from concept to execution. You’ll evolve our visual identity, design system, and brand voice — and apply it across everything we ship. From campaign creative that makes people stop scrolling, to a website that converts interest into pipeline, you’ll own the full surface area of the brand.
Think about what Aikido did for developer security: they built a visual brand that punches way above their weight class - distinctive, opinionated, memorable. That’s the ambition. DOSS has the proof points of a real company ($3.5M ARR, Intuit partnership, $55M Series B) but the brand doesn’t yet match the traction. You’re the person who closes that gap.
You’ll work across every surface the market sees — website, ads, sales collateral, social, events, and more — partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships.
Experience and Background
3–6 years of design experience in B2B SaaS, with a portfolio that shows both brand and digital work
Experience building or evolving a visual identity (not just maintaining one)
Strong web design skills: you’ve designed and shipped marketing sites, landing pages, and campaign experiences
Ad creative experience: you know what performs in Google, LinkedIn, and social display
Proficiency in Figma, plus familiarity with motion/video tools is a bonus
Key Skills and Attributes
Creative director + maker: you can define a direction and execute it with high craft
Systems thinker: you build scalable design systems, not one-off assets
Strong visual taste with a bias toward distinctive, not safe
Fast and iterative: you ship v1 quickly, then polish based on feedback and data
Comfortable context-switching between brand work, web design, campaign creative, and sales collateral
Collaborative: you elevate work across teams — PMM, Growth, Field, Partnerships
Opinionated about design but humble about feedback - taste plus iteration
Roles and Responsibilities
Evolve and maintain DOSS’s visual identity, design system, and brand guidelines
Produce campaign creative for all paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, social display), refreshed monthly
Design sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, customer story layouts
Create event and field marketing assets: booth designs, signage, swag concepts, event pages
Own visual consistency across all touchpoints: web, email, social, print, events
Build and maintain a shared design system and asset library for the marketing team
Concept and design 1 signature visual campaign per quarter - original, creative, memorable
